Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Wednesday 5 August 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Wednesday 5 August:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Rate increases of up to 0.12% on selected fixed rate products
Remortgage
- Rate increases of up to 0.05% on selected fixed rate products
Product Transfer and further advance
- Rate increases of up to 0.05% on selected fixed rate products

- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Wednesday 5 August
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm Tuesday 4 August
