Important Information – Launch of New Mortgage Products
We will be launching a range of mortgage products tomorrow Friday 25th September 2026.
The range of products will include the re-introduction of Affordability Boost, JMSP, Government First Homes, & 90% LTV supporting these cohort of customers.
We will also be re-launching a competitive range of Base Rate Tracker products supporting customers who are looking for an alternative to fixed rate products.
We will also be expanding product options to support BTL, Self Employed (One Year) and Enhanced Plus customers.
The Society’s webpages and Intermediary sourcing systems will be updated in readiness for launch.
