Rate changes
From tomorrow, Thursday 17 September, we’ll be making selected rate increases and reductions across our New Business and Switcher product ranges.
New Business fixed rates start from 3.49% whilst tracker rates start from 3.99%. All trackers include a switch to fix option.*

*Switch to fix option allows an applicant to switch to an existing customer fixed rate within the same product range, at any time during the benefit period, without incurring early repayment charges.
From tomorrow, Friday 11 September, we’ll be making selected rate increases across our New Business product range.
New Business Limited Company and HMO rates remain unchanged. Our Switcher product range also remains unchanged.
