Improvements to our Ex-Pat, Holiday Let and Two Year Fixed products
We’re delighted to announce some exciting new changes to our product range, starting with the launch of our new Two-Year Fixed Rate Ex-Pat product. The product offers a rate of 3.89% with a max loan-to-value of 80% and an increased max loan size from £1m to £1.5m. The change to our accepted maximum loan size will be applied across our entire Ex-Pat residential product range.
In addition to the enhancements of our Ex-Pat product range, we’ve also made further improvements across our full product range. Please see an overview of the changes below:
- We’ve reduced the rate of our Two-Year Fixed Rate product from 3.69% to 3.39%
- We’ve listened to your feedback and will now accept loans of up to £1m across our Holiday Let product range
- We’ve made some significant improvements to the ERC’s being offered on some of our fixed and discount products, moving from a single rate across the product term to a tiered rate
We will continue to implement the changes to our Early Repayment Charges across our entire product range with future product launches.
