Product Withdrawal
5 Year 80% LTV
Due to the popularity of our Five Year 80% LTV residential mortgage products, we have now utilised the tranches and to that end we will be withdrawing them from close of business today.
For clarity, the rates are as follows:
- 2.37% Fixed Rate until 31.12.2025
- 2.55% Fixed Rate until 31.12.2025
Any existing illustrations on these products, subject to tranche, will be honoured until close of business tomorrow, Friday 18th September 2020.
BTL
Due to the popularity of our Buy to Let products, we have now utilised that tranches and to that end we will be withdrawing them from close of business today.
Any existing illustrations on these products, subject to tranche, will be honoured until close of business tomorrow, Thursday 17th September 2020.
2 Year 80% LTV
Due to the popularity of our 80% LTV two year residential mortgage products, we have now filled the tranches and to that end we will be withdrawing them with immediate effect.
For clarity, the products are as follows:
- 1.99% Fixed Rate until 31.12.2022
- 2.25% Fixed Rate until 31.12.2022
Any existing illustrations on the above withdrawn products will be honoured until close of business today, Tuesday 15th September 2020.
