IMPORTANT: Buy to let minimum loan changes
Minimum loan amends for personal ownership and limited company buy to let loans
We’re temporarily amending the minimum loan amount to £75,000 on our personal ownership and limited company buy to let products on Thursday 25th February.
This will require a change of product code for these products but there are no other changes to the product range.
Updated products to reflect the minimum loan change will be available on our website from 9am tomorrow.
To secure a product from the current range (i.e. for loans below £75,000), you must fully submit applications before 8pm Wednesday 24th February.
