Principality Announcements
As of Friday 5th March 2021, we are making some changes to our residential product transfer mortgage range. Please see details below:
Residential mortgage product transfer changes:
The following Residential product transfer rates will be increasing:
- fixed rates across all of our LTV product ranges will be increasing by up to 0.10%
- all 2 year products in our 90% and 95% LTV ranges with a £500 product fee will be increasing by 0.05%
- discount rates across all our LTV product ranges will be increasing by 0.05%
The range will hold June end dates.
All previous product codes will be removed from sale on Thursday 4th March at 8:00pm.
We’ve made some changes to our range
As of today, Monday 1st March 2021 at 9:00am we made some changes to our mortgage range. Please see details below:
Holiday Let mortgage products:
We’ve removed the following Holiday Let products:
- all 75% LTV products
(Product codes: 15064 & 15065)
Buy to Let mortgage products:
We’ve removed the following Buy to Let products:
- all 75% LTV products
(Product codes: 15007, 15009, 15010)
All previous product codes were removed from sale on Sunday 28th February at 8:00pm.
We’re making some changes to our range
On Monday 8th March 2021 at 9:00am we are making some changes to our mortgage range. Please see details below:
Residential mortgage products:
We’re introducing the following Help to Buy Wales products:
- 75% LTV Help to Buy Wales 2 year fixed rate at 3.20% (Product code: 15211)
- 75% LTV Help to Buy Wales 5 year fixed rate at 3.25% (Product code: 15212)
Don’t forget, as of Monday 8th March, all cases will need to be submitted using our new Mortgage Sales and Origination platform
