Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Principality Announcements

As of today, Tuesday 15th September 2020 at 9:00am, we’ve made some changes to our mortgage range. Please see details below:

Residential mortgage products:

The following Residential product rates have increased:

  • rates across our 65%, 75% and 80% LTV fixed rate product ranges have increased by up to 0.29%

We’ve introduced the following Residential products:

  • three 3 year fixed rate products in our 65%, 75% and 80% LTV product ranges
    (Product codes: 14704, 14707, 14710)

Buy to Let mortgage products:

The following Buy to Let product rates have increased:

  • rates across our 75% LTV fixed rate product range have increased by up to 0.16%

The range holds November end dates.                           

All previous product codes were removed from sale on Monday 14th September at 8:00pm.
