Vida Homeloans has updated its range across the direct to lender and packaged range. Brilliant Solutions offers fees free packaging across the range as well as direct to lender access with payment on completion.
Vida Homeloans Rate Change Notification
We will be increasing rates across some of our Vida 1 BTL and Vida 1 2 year Residential products as well as on our HTB Purchase range at 8pm on Monday 21st September:
- Replacement products will be available on Tuesday 22nd September
- All DIPs for current products must be submitted by 8pm on Monday 21st September. After this you will be required to select a product from the new range to proceed.
- Accepted DIPs must be submitted as a full mortgage application, including payment of the appropriate fees, by 8pm on Friday 25th September
