Update to Our High-Net-Worth Product Fee
We’d like to let you know about an upcoming change to our High-Net-Worth (HNW) mortgage range, effective 10th June 2026.
What’s changing?
- The product fee across our HNW range will change from £1,495 to 0.5% of the loan amount
What’s staying the same?
- All rates across our HNW products will remain unchanged.
- There are no changes to product terms, LTV limits, or lending criteria
This fee update is the only change being made to the range and will apply to all new HNW DIPs submitted from 10th June 2026.
