We’ve listened to your feedback. On Wednesday 10 June, we improved our Introducer Internet mortgage application journey.
What’s changed?
- Easier – your Santander registered mortgage administrators can now submit new business mortgage applications on your behalf. And, they can track applications and retrieve mortgage offers too. For more information on how to register a mortgage administrator, click here
- Quicker – for BTL applications you’ll no longer need to tell us your client’s net income, household, and other expenditure
- Sticking to our pledge to improve product transfers – helping you by showing more details about your client’s existing mortgage – LTV, product start and end dates, product code and ERC
