We’re changing the way we complete credit searches 

We know how important it’s for you and your clients to get quick decisions on the deals you submit through to us. Below, you’ll find some useful information that will hopefully help speed up and simplify this process. 

Credit searches 
We’re constantly trying to optimise our KYC process.This is why we’ll be changing the way we complete credit searches on commercial real estate deals from 3 July.

Be reassured that this change won’t affect how you enter deals on our commercial portal. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with your dedicated contact – or you can email us here, and we’ll put you in touch with the right person.

Get your application right the first time
To help accelerate the decision making process, please ensure you’ve added the correct job role against each indivudual when keying in your clients’ information on our commercial portal. Details such as whether your client is an owner or a partner of the business are key in getting your application right the first time. Thanks in advance for your support.
