Important news from TSB: Rate reductions and temporary withdrawal of Residential products.
TSB have made changes to a selection of Residential products. This includes introduction of new rates starting from just 0.94%.
Temporarily withdrawn:
- 2 year fixed and 5 year fixed (5 year ERC) Remortgage, 0-75% LTV, with £1,495 fee
Rates reduced on:
- 5 year fixed (5 year ERC) First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 0-75% LTV, by up to 0.50%
- 2 year fixed and 5 year fixed (5 year ERC) Remortgage, 0-75% LTV, £995 fee, by up to 0.20% with rates starting from just 0.94%
All existing applications must be submitted by 8pm on 28 June as they will not be available after this time.
