Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Barclays Update

Here are the latest updates from Barclays.  These products are available via our direct to lender mortgage club which offers you payment on completion and a lot more besides!

Important Barclays product news

From tomorrow, Thursday 14 November, we are changing rates on a selection of products across our Purchase, Remortgage and Reward ranges.

Product withdrawal timings

Please be advised that upon withdrawal, the products will be removed from the dropdown options within our application services. We have a 9-day window which helps you avoid a last minute rush, allowing you to package a case correctly and ask any queries at a time that suits you.

For new lending, an application needs to have been started and the product selected from the dropdown,  on or before the date of withdrawal (Wednesday 13 November) and the application must be submitted prior to the last application date (Friday 22 November).  To qualify for a product, a MIS needs to have been generated, on or before the date of withdrawal (Wednesday 13 November) either using our Barclays systems or your preferred sourcing tool.

For product transfers, the product must be selected and an application submitted on or before Thursday 14 November.
