Below is the latest product update from the Bath Building Society. The Bath range of products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club and our fees free packager.
Product Withdrawal
From 5pm today (Tuesday 21st June) the following products will be withdrawn:
- RDF058 – MIG 2 year fixed
- BDF026 – BTL 5 year fixed
- BDF028 – LTD BTL 5 year fixed
- BDF037 – HMO 5 year fixed
- BDF034 – LTD HMO 5 year fixed
Any case discussed with our Intermediary Sales team on 01225 475729 before 5pm today will need to have submitted an application via Broker Online by 5pm on Thursday, 23rd June, with full packaging requirements satisfied by 5pm, 5th July. Please leave a note on Broker Online to confirm which product code is being applied for, and the name of your contact in our team.
These products are not being replaced at this stage.
