Rate change
On June 16, the Bank of England base rate increased from 1.00% to 1.25%. As a result, we’re increasing tracker rates by up to 0.25% across our New and Existing Borrower product ranges.

Remember, you can reserve a product without needing to submit a full mortgage application (FMA). You just need to submit a Decision in Principle (DIP), click on ‘Reserve Product’ and follow the prompts. For full details please see our ‘How to reserve a product’ webpage.
