I am delighted to announce that Buckinghamshire Building Society has launched seven new fixed rates across our mortgage product portfolio, with effect from Tuesday 1st September 2020.
The new dated fixed rates are as follows:
BL69 BTL fixed rate to 30 November 2023 @ 3.69%
F723 Non Standard fixed rate to 30 November 2023 @ 3.79%
IC08 Impaired Credit fixed rate to 30 November 2023 @ 4.09%
F722 Local Prime fixed rate to 30 November 2023 @2.99%
RE21 Retirement fixed rate to 30 November 2023 @ 3.49%
FA17 Family Assist fixed rate to 30 November 2023 @ 3.59%
FA18 Family Assist fixed rate to 30 November 2023 (parental AVM option) @ 3.59%
The following products are being withdrawn with immediate effect:

- Exclusive Shared Ownership FS28
- Fixed rates dated to 31 Aug 2023: FA09, FA10. RE18, IC07,F711 & F712
