Residential and BTL Updates
We have enhanced our residential range to support more of your clients, with competitive initial rates available at an increased loan to value, a new maximum loan size, selected rate reductions, and all initial offer dates extended across the range.
- All 60% LTV initial rates are now available at 65% LTV
- New £2m maximum loan size, increased from £1.5m, and now available up to 65% LTV
- All F1 & F2 initial rates at 75% LTV are reduced, by .20% on our two year fixed rates and .10% on our two year discount rates
- Our initial offer dates are extended across the range, for two-year products to 31st January 2023 and five-year products to 31st January 2026
Foundation Home Loans is the home of specialist lending for residential mortgages. We have recently improved our residential criteria to include a wider range of complex income types and sources, and we calculate affordability on an interest only basis.
The Brilliant Solutions exclusive has been removed as from 2nd September.
