Fixed rate of 3.85% until 31st May 2027. Product fee of £350. Up to 40 year term. Minimum age 18 – no maximum age. Minimum Loan £50k – Maximum Loan £500k. Max 95% LTV including fees. Standard credit criteria. ERC & other fees apply. 

Representative Example 

A mortgage loan of £145,070 payable over 32 years, initially on a fixed rate of 3.85% until 31/05/2027 and then on our Standard Variable Rate, currently 5.14%, for the remaining period would require 60 payments of £657.66 and 324 payments of £756.37. The total amount payable would be £285,456.48 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £139,453.48 plus a product fee of £350, a funds transfer fee of £25, a valuation fee of £310, legal fees to your solicitor of £148, and exit fee of £100. The overall cost for comparison is 4.8% APRC representative.

Effective immediately, our 5 Year Fixed Remortage product (F822) is no longer available.
