Buckinghamshire Building Society Relaunch Specialist Fixed Rate Products
Buckinghamshire Building Society have relaunched fixed rate options on two of their most
popular specialist products.
The mutuals Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) product is now available on a five year fix with a
maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 90%. The term is based on the applicants selected retirement age,
not the supporting parties, with a maximum term available of 40 years.
The Buckinghamshire Impaired Credit proposition is available with an improved maximum LTV of 70%, up from
60% previously, along with an initial fixed period of three years.
