We wanted to let you know that we’re reducing the rates on the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 23 July.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
Selected Residential 65%-80% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.22%.
Exclusives
- Residential 90% 2 year Purchase Exclusive rate will be reduced by 0.03%.
- Residential 65% 2 and 5 year Existing Customer Product Transfer Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.16%.
Residential 50%-75% 2 year Large Loan Exclusive rates will be reduced by 0.10%.
