We’re making some changes
We wanted to let you know that we’re making some changes to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Friday 25 April.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
- Residential 65%-90% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.31%.
Core BTL (including Product Transfer)
- BTL 60% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
Exclusives
- Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Remortgage Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%.
- Selected Residential 90-95% 2 and 5 year Purchase Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.12%.
- Residential 80% 2 and 5 year Large Loan Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.06%.
Professional & Newly Qualified Professional
- Residential 65%-90% 2 year Professional rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%.
- In addition, the minimum loan size for all Professional and Newly Qualified Professional products will reduce to £80,000.
