Our new business range will be closing today at 8pm
As you may know, we’ve been running a disrupted service this week. With increased application volumes ahead of a widely anticipated change to base rate today this has impacted our service levels. Therefore, we have taken the difficult decision to close new business products so that we can fulfil and prioritise existing applications. We will be closing all new business products at 8pm today.
Of course, this won’t affect any applications that you currently have in progress with us. We will continue to have Product Transfer and Further Advance products available.
We are sorry that we are only able to give 1 day’s notice due to these unique circumstances.
We are working hard to manage our back log and complete all the existing applications as soon as we can and will return with new business products next week.
Remember, an AIP does not secure a closing product. If an AIP refers, we are unable to review it before the product is closed.
So, if your AIP does refer, you should copy the case and click through to full mortgage application to secure the product. Applications received after 8pm Thursday 4th August will not be accepted.
