The Coventry Mortgage Rotation
I would like to make you aware of an upcoming mortgage product rotation to take effect from Wednesday 7th October, all existing business to secure a current rate need to be submitted by 8pm on Tuesday the 6th October.
Owner-Occupied:
New Business – Increasing all Fixed rates
Existing Customers – Increasing all Fixed rates
BTL and Ltd.Co BTL:
New Business – Increasing all Fixed rates (excl. Ltd. Co BTL)
Existing Customers – Increasing all Fixed rates (excl. Ltd. Co BTL)
KEY DATES:
Existing products withdrawn: Tuesday 6th October at 8pm
New products launch: Wednesday 7th October at 8am
