True to our pledge to give you two working days’ notice of product closures, our latest changes will come into effect from 8am Thursday 8 July 2021.
Please remember that an AIP does not secure a closing product. In order to secure closing products, a full application must be submitted by 8pm Wednesday 7 July 2021.
Applications received after this time will not be accepted. If an AIP refers, we cannot guarantee to review this before a product is closed. Therefore if your AIP does refer you should still proceed to full mortgage application to secure the product.
We’ve gone fee free at 95% LTV
And we’ve scored a hat-trick with reductions on both our residential and Buy to Let rates – this time by 10 bps on our higher LTV products – plus a fee free 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed product.
The residential reductions cover all purchase and remortgage products at 85% LTV and above, plus some further advance and product transfer only products. Our Buy to Let rate reductions are by 10 bps on our 70-75% LTV products.
Completing the hat-trick is our new competitive 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed at 3.65% with no product fee. Take a look.
