We’re updating our rates
True to our pledge to give you two days’ notice of product closures, our latest changes will come into effect from 8am Wednesday 08 June.
Here’s what’s changing:
Owner-Occupied
- Tracker rate reducing
- All 2 year 90% & 95% LTV fixed rates increasing
- All 5 year 95% LTV fixed rates increasing
- All Interest-only, Offset and Offset Interest-only rates increasing
- The following PT & FA only products increasing; FPU25, FPU26, FPU27, FPU28, FPU29
Buy to Let
- No changes to BTL & PL BTL ranges
Remember, an AIP does not secure a closing product. If an AIP refers, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to review it before the product is closed.
So, if your AIP does refer, you should copy the case and click through to full mortgage application to secure the product. Applications received after 8pm Tuesday 07 June will not be accepted.

Coventry for intermediaries introduces new owner-occupied rates
Coventry for intermediaries has introduced new rates across their owner-occupied range. Product transfer and Further Advance clients will have fee and fee free options between 65%-85% LTV. New 2 year Tracker rates will also be available at 65% and 85% LTV.
A 5 year fee free first time buyer rate is also available at 90% LTV, with £500 cashback. They have also launched new 2 and 5 year Offset fixed rates at 65% and 85% LTV.
Products included in their range:
- BBR Tracker +0.79% to 31.10.24 with no ERCs, £999 product fee (Available for all borrowers)
- 24% 5 Year Fixed to 31.10.27 with ERCs until 31.10.27 90% LTV with no product fee, £500 cashback. (Available for first time buyers Only)
