Product updates
In line with our commitment, we’re giving you two working days’ notice of product closures
Closures will come into effect from: 8pm Thursday 14 March
To secure a product, you’ll need to submit the application in full before 8pm on the closure date above. This applies to both new business cases and product transfers.
Any new products will be launched from 8am the date following closure.

New Borrowers
- Closing all Fixed 80% LTV rates
- Reducing all 2 Year Fixed Purchase rates at 65% – 95% LTV with fee
- Reducing all 2 Year Fixed Purchase rates at 75% – 95% LTV with no fee
- Reducing all 2 Year Fixed Remortgage rates at 65% – 75% LTV with no fee (Excl. Offset)
- Reducing all 3 Year Fixed Purchase rates at 75% LTV with no fee
- Reducing all 3 Year Fixed Purchase rates at 85% – 95% LTV
- Reducing all 3 Year Fixed Remortgage rates at 85% LTV with fee
- Reducing all 5 Year Fixed Purchase rates
- Reducing all 5 Year Fixed Remortgage rates at 65% – 75% LTV
- Reducing all 2 Year Fixed Purchase Interest-Only and Offset Interest-Only rates

We’ve reduced selected rates 📉
We’ve made reductions to selected fixed rates for your clients looking to remortgage or purchase a property.
