We are delighted to inform you that we have made further changes to our product range.
Our current range of fixed-rate residential products are being replaced with a new and increased 80% LTV range. We are also reintroducing our interest-only product offering and are launching a new discount for term product.For full details of our lending criteria, please see our intermediary manual.

With the reintroduction of interest-only, our key criteria includes:
- No minimum equity requirements
- Sale of main residence is accepted – using the current equity, two comparable properties that are currently being marketed must be located within a 3 mile radius, or in the area that the borrowers have declared to be where they will downsize to
- Part and Part options are available
- Capital raising is accepted subject to meeting our standard criteria
