esbs Mortgage Changes – with effect from today
With immediate effect esbs will accept mortgage applications on a Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor basis.
Non proprietor applicants will need to be family members which will include extended family members and they will need to take independent legal advice.
The Society’s standard product range will apply, as will our standard criteria.
