Mortgage Products
esbs are making the following changes to Mortgage products which are effective from Friday 16th February:
- Product Number 307 – Retention Only Fixed Rate and Discount Mortgage – 5.99% Fixed For 2 Years Then SVR Less 2.25% For 3 Years is being withdrawn and replaced by Product Number 308 – Retention Only Fixed Rate and Discount Mortgage – 5.29% Fixed For 2 Years Then SVR Less 2.25% For 3 Years. All other Terms and Conditions are as Product 307.
- We are introducing a new Remortgage Only product:
- Product Number 309
- Remortgage Only
- 2.75% Discount for 5 Years giving a current pay rate of 5.64% (Floor of 2.5%)
- £1,225 Arrangement Fee (Can be added)
- 5 Year ERC – 2% of the redemption balance is payable within the first two years, 1.5% of the redemption balance is payable in years 3 and 4, 1% of the redemption balance is payable in year 5
- Minimum Loan £200,000
- Solicitors fees paid (if use Society solicitors) and free standard valuation (up to £540)
