New two-year products plus lower rates for selected two-year fixed rate products
Short-term fixed rate products are proving more attractive, particularly to borrowers who anticipate further rate reductions in the near future. That’s why we’re pleased to introduce new zero fee and fixed fee two-year product options, designed to offer greater flexibility for a wider range of borrowers. We’re also making rate reductions to selected Two-Year Fixed Rate products.

- New: 75% LTV Two-Year Fixed Rate products with zero fee for Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB ranges
- New: 75% LTV Two-Year Fixed Rate products with fixed £1999 fee for Standard and Limited Company ranges
- Rate reduction: 75% LTV Two-Year Fixed Rate products with 3% fee and fixed £5499 fee reduced by 10bps for Standard and Limited Company ranges
