We’re repricing our Fixed Rate products
Due to continued market volatility, we are repricing our Fixed Rate products with 3% fee from 5:00pm today, Monday 21st September 2026.
Please find full details below:
- Two-Year Fixed Rate Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB products with 3% fee: Rates will increase by 20bps, as well as their EPC A-C equivalents
- Five-Year Fixed Rate Standard, Limited Company and HMO/MUFB products with 3% fee: Rates will increase by 20bps, as well as their EPC A-C equivalents
Our Tracker products remain unchanged.
To secure a product from our existing range:
Full applications must be submitted by: 5:00pm Monday 21st September 2026.
Please note: All applications must be fully completed with all relevant fees paid and the case showing as ‘valuation instructed’ by 5:00pm on Monday 21st September 2026 to secure the rate applied for.
Our updated products will be available from: 09.00am on Tuesday 22nd September 2026.
