Latest product changes from Saffron
On Wednesday 23 September, we are making several changes across our mortgage range. These include rate increases and product withdrawals. You’ll also see we’re launching new Expat HMO Buy To Let products, plus some criteria enhancements too. Further information will be shared relating to our new products and criteria.
To secure a product being withdrawn, we require a full mortgage application to be submitted, with all fees paid, by 5pm on Tuesday 22 September.
To allow our underwriters the time to review any referrals, please submit DIPs by Midday on Tuesday. This gives you the best chance of reaching the FMA submit stage by 5pm.
