Refreshed buy to let rates include:
- F1 2 year 75% LTV Fixed rate Special products for Portfolio Landlords with a free valuation and no application fee starting from 6.69% with a product fee of 2.5%
- F1 5 year 75% LTV Fixed rate Special products for Portfolio Landlords with a free valuation and no application fee starting from 6.44% with a product fee of 4%
- F1 5 year Fixed rate Special with a free valuation starting at 6.99% with a product fee of 1.25%
- F1 – F3 core 2 year ERC-free discount rates with a 1.5% fee starting at 7.14% at 75% LTV
Refreshed owner occupied rates include:
- F1 – F2 2 and 5 year Fixed rate Special products with a free valuation and application fee starting from 7.09% with a £795 fee
- F1 and F2 2-year ERC-free discount rates with a £1,495 fee up to 75% LTV, starting from 7.19%
