residential products including a NEW 90% LTV fixed-rate and a NEW sub-3% large loan product, as
well as limited edition Fee-Assisted specials and reductions on discount products.

recently self-employed and those looking to optimise their affordability with up to 100% of a wide
range of income types.

Today’s new residential F1 products include:

 NEW 90% LTV Residential 2-year and 5-year fixed rates with no product fees priced at 4.99%
for the 2-year fix and 5.19% for the 5-year fix.
 NEW limited edition, highly competitive large loan 5-year fixed rate at 2.99% – for loans from
£500k to £2m. Available on a C&I repayment basis, up to 65% LTV with a fixed fee of £1,495
 NEW limited edition, ‘fee-assisted’ products which come with a free valuation and no
application fee for both purchase and remortgages, starting from 2.99% up to 75% LTV
 Cuts to their 2-year discount rates of up to 0.20%
