The company will be closing at early on Tuesday 15th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 16th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Changes to our product range

On Thursday 1 October, we’re making the following changes to our product range:

Product transfer (PT) and further advance (FA) products
  • Selected rate increases across our 2, 3 and 5 year PT and FA products
  • Introductions of new LTV ranges
  • 75-85%, to be split into 75-80%and 80-85%
  • No fee products 85-95%, to be split into 85-90%and 90-95
