Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Tuesday 3 November 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Tuesday 3 November:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Product complete by and end dates extended
Remortgage
- Rate reductions up to 0.22% on 2,3 and 5 year fixed products
- Rate reductions up to 0.11% on 2 year tracker products
- Product complete by and end dates extended
Product Transfer and further advance
- Rate reductions up to 0.22% on 2 and 5 year fixed products
- Rate reductions up to 0.11% on 2 year tracker products
- Product complete by and end dates extended
Further information
- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Tuesday 3 November
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm Monday 2 November
