Express Payment Requests are showing error messages but please ignore these as the requests are being received. The error relates to the email confirmation only. 

The company will be closing early on Tuesday 16th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

The deadline for express requests on the 16th September will be 1 PM.

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

Halifax Intermediaries Online – changes to Terms and Conditions

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Back at the start of November 2022 we communicated that the Online Terms and Conditions contractual agreements had been updated, effective Monday 7th November 2022. This is a reminder of the below call to action for brokers / firms within the original communication.

Following a review of the contractual agreements we have strengthened the clauses in relation to responsibilities around user recertification, quality of data and the requirement to keep this data up to date.

Changes include ensuring user access data is checked and recertified at least quarterly and providing us with any information we request to confirm this.

The new Online Terms and Conditions have been updated on Halifax Intermediaries Online for you to familiarise yourself with the changes.
