Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Monday 8 June 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Monday 8 June:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Rate reductions up to 0.10% on all 2,3 and 5yr products
Remortgage
- Rate reductions up to 0.10% on all 2,3 and 5yr products
Product transfer and further advance
Rate reductions up to 0.07% on all 2,3 and 5yr products

- The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Monday 8 June
- To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm on Saturday 6 June
