Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Wednesday 9 September 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Wednesday 9 September:
Homemover and First time buyer
- Rate increases of up to 0.12% on selected fixed rate products
Remortgage
- Rate increase of 0.18% on 60% loan to value 2 year fixed rate with £1,999 product fee
Product Transfer and further advance
- No changes
