Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Tuesday 21 July 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Tuesday 21 July:
Homemover and First Time Buyer
- Rate increases of up to 0.20% on all 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate
- Rate increases of up to 0.10% on all 2 year tracker products
Remortgage
- Rate increases of up to 0.10% on all tracker products
