Halifax Intermediaries product changes – Tuesday 28 July 2026
We are making the following changes to our mortgage product range with effect from Tuesday 28 July:
Homemover and First time buyer
• Rate increases of up to 0.15% on selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates
Remortgage
• Rate increases of up to 0.20% on selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates.
Product transfer
• Rate increases of up to 0.10% on selected 2 and 5yr products.

• The product search tool on the Halifax Intermediaries website, Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems will be updated by Tuesday 28 July.
• To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by 8pm Monday 27 July.
