Important information about changes to our products
Following the Bank of England announcement to increase the base rate by 0.15% to 0.25%, the Society will be increasing its SVR rate to 6.04% from the 1 February.
In addition, some of our current discounted rate products will be increased in line with the change from the 1 February as follows:

Reduced Rates for Buy to Let Products
From the 1 February 2022, we are reducing the rates on products from our core & niche Buy to Let product ranges.
The Buy to Let products, which include Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor, Later Life and Non Owner Occupier, have been redesigned to offer good value, particularly to landlords coming to the end of current deals.
The new rates are as follows:

- 2 Year Discount 1.55% up to 60% LTV
- 2 Year Discount 1.70% up to 75% LTV
- 2 Year Fixed 2.10% up to 75% LTV
- 5 Year Fixed 2.59% up to 75% LTV
- 5 Year Fixed 2.50% up to 60% LTV
Buy to Let Niche including Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor, Later Life, Non-Owner & Top Slicing
- 2 Year Discount 2.10% up to 75% LTV
- 2 Year Fixed 2.60% up to 75% LTV
- 5 Year Fixed 3.05% up to 75% LTV (Excluding Top Slicing)
