Hinckley and Rugby Building Society has updated its product and criteria, the details are below.  These products are available through our direct to lender mortgage club so contact us for more information on how our club can support your business. 

Important news regarding our products

Further recent changes in mortgage swap rates, and therefore the cost to mortgage providers of lending, means that Hinckley & Rugby is having to increase interest rates across its product ranges.

As such the following products will be withdrawn from 9am on Friday 17 June 2022 with re-priced versions being made available simultaneously. In addition, a new range of 5 Year Fixed Rate Products will also be made available from this date.

Applications will be accepted until 9am on Friday 17 June 2022 providing all essential packaging documents have also been received.

For applications already submitted to Hinckley & Rugby, all outstanding essential packaging documents will need to have been provided by 9am on Friday 17 June to secure the product selected.

Please be aware that the minimum loan size for all new applications is currently £250,000 however it is likely this will reduce in the short-term.
