Updates to our Skilled Worker Visa criteria & residential valuation fees

We have two important updates live as of this week. Please take a moment to review how these may affect your clients.

Skilled Worker Visa: New minimum income requirement
A new minimum salary of £41,700 will apply to all single Residential and Buy-to-Let Skilled Worker Visa applicants.

Please note, this minimum does not apply to applicants working in:

  • NHS roles
  • Private hospitals
  • Teaching

Our Skilled Worker Visa proposition continues to offer real flexibility, with no minimum time required in the UK and no minimum time remaining on the visa.
