UTB Announces New BTL Rates
We will be updating interest rates across our BTL Standard, Specialist and Non-standard plans with the new rates live on Friday 29th May 2026.
A summary of the updated pricing is outlined below:
Standard products:
- 2yr Fixed Rates from 4.39%
- 5yr Fixed Rates from 5.69%
Specialist products:
- 2yr Fixed Rates from 4.74%
- 5yr Fixed Rates from 5.99%
Non-standard products:
- 2yr Fixed Rate ERC from 5.19%
- 5yr Fixed Rate ERC from 6.64%
