The company will be closing at early on Tuesday 15th September at 2pm for all staff training across all departments. We will be open as usual on Wednesday 16th September. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

 

In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September while our staff pay their respects.

The office will re-open at 9am on Tuesday 20th September.

UTB Announces New BTL Rates

We will be updating interest rates across our BTL Standard, Specialist and Non-standard plans with the new rates live on Friday 29th May 2026.

A summary of the updated pricing is outlined below:

Standard products:

  • 2yr Fixed Rates from 4.39%
  • 5yr Fixed Rates from 5.69%

Specialist products:

  • 2yr Fixed Rates from 4.74%
  • 5yr Fixed Rates from 5.99%

Non-standard products:

  • 2yr Fixed Rate ERC from 5.19%
  • 5yr Fixed Rate ERC from 6.64%
