New year, lower rates!
We’re reducing rates across our whole range up to 0.80%
Firstly, we hope you had a lovely, refreshing break during the festive period.
Secondly, from 9am on Thursday 4th January, new business rates will reduce across our entire range by up to 0.80% and retention products are following suit.
What’s changing for new business?
- Reducing all 50+ rates by 0.70%
- Reducing all RIO 2 year fixed rates by 0.70%
- Reducing all RIO 5 year fixed rates by an average of 0.40%
- Reducing all Professional Mortgage rates by 0.60%
- Reducing all Holiday Let rates by 0.80%
