   There are no further changes to any other interest rates at this time.

·         Use our Chat with us’ service to request a rate change on an existing mortgage application. Please note, due to increasing demand, wait times may be longer than usual. 

·         To secure existing product codes, please submit applications in full by midnight, Monday 4th November.

·         All evidential and supporting documentation must be provided within 30 calendar days of submission.

·         The product finder tool and sourcing systems will be updated for Tuesday 5th November.

Good news – we’ve improved our policy for capitalising fees

 

With immediate effect, booking fees can now be capitalised with the total lending amount, with the overall LTV being allowed to exceed the selected product and policy restrictions, (in circumstances where only adding the fee has caused the LTV breach). Please note, a booking fee cannot be added where this exceeds the maximum LTV policy limit of 95%.

 

This improvement is applicable to residential and Buy to Let mortgage applications, and we will assess affordability against the total loan amount including any capitalised fees.
