We’re increasing our residential and BTL mortgage rates
With effect from Friday 27th March, we’ll be making a number of increases to our residential and BTL mortgage rates.
To ensure we continue to lend responsibly, we have taken the decision to increase our residential affordability stress rates. Our residential affordability calculator is currently being updated, however there will be a misalignment during the next five working days – some of your customers applications may show a more generous loan amount in the calculator than the final mortgage offer.
Please note, if an application is no longer proceeding, you can use the ‘Cancel’ button on your broker dashboard to cancel the case.
