Product updates
We’re updating our a number of our mortgage products which will be effective from Tuesday 23rd February. These changes affect new mortgage applications only.
New Business
- New Residential fixed rates launched
- New Holiday Let fixed rates launched
- Flexit products reduced by up to 0.36%
- Affordable Housing range refreshed with end dates extended to June
- Selected Help to Buy rates reduced by up to 0.26%
